In the event of disputes between Rechtsanwälte and their clients, out-of-court dispute resolution is available on application at the Rechtsanwaltskammer Sachsen-Anhalt (Section 73(2) no. 3 of the German Federal Lawyers' Act, BRAO) or at the Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft (conciliation body of the German legal profession, Section 191f BRAO), Rauchstraße 26, 10787 Berlin, www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de. There is no statutory obligation to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.
