- Swiss Apex AI, Trader Minds AI and others: AI trading providers on the FINMA warning list
FINMA has several providers with “AI” promises and a specified Swiss address on its warning list – including Swiss Apex AI, Trader Minds AI, Zignalor AI, Tradelly and Trading Kapital. What the entries mean and what those affected should check now.
Providers that advertise supposedly AI-controlled trading and provide a Swiss address are a recurring pattern. The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA has put several such providers on its warning list. This article compiles the entries with the date and exact internet address and explains what those affected can derive from them.
The entries on the FINMA warning list
- Swiss Apex AI – swissapexai.com and trading-area.swissapexfx.me – entry from January 27, 2026
- Trader Minds AI – tradebyai.org – entry dated January 28, 2026
- Zignalor AI – zignalor.com – entry from May 29, 2026
- Tradelly – tradelly.ai – entry dated July 16, 2024
- Trading Kapital – trading- Kapital.com – entry from August 19, 2025
- Ai Markets – ai-markets.ch – entry from November 23, 2020
According to FINMA's publications, all of the providers mentioned appeared with a specified Swiss address without being registered in the commercial register. The entries each stand alone; A connection between the providers has not been proven and is not claimed here. Older entries are deliberately listed because such addresses are often reused or reassigned.
Correctly classify the “AI” promise
Offers that advertise with artificial intelligence, algorithms or “trading bots” often promise regular profits with minimal risk. Such promises are fundamentally untenable when it comes to financial investments. What is important is not the technology being advertised, but rather the question of whether the provider is supervised, where the money is actually kept and whether payouts are possible without conditions.
What those affected can do now
- Do not make any further payments - not even for alleged fees, taxes or activations.
- Secure documents: payment receipts, bank statements, chat histories, emails and screenshots of the customer account with the exact internet address.
- Inform your own bank or card issuer and have chargeback options checked; Secure transaction data for crypto payments.
- File a criminal complaint and provide information to the responsible supervisory authority.
- Be careful with subsequent offers from alleged return services.
Legal options
FINMA does not enforce the claims of individual investors. In order to get the money back, civil law steps are required: claims against those responsible, against the holders of the recipient accounts, against payment service providers and crypto exchanges involved and, in certain constellations, against your own bank. When it comes to crypto payments, tracking transactions can help identify tangible parties. Which claims exist depends on the individual case.
Conclusion
Swiss Apex AI, Trader Minds AI, Zignalor AI, Tradelly, Trading Kapital and Ai Markets are on FINMA’s warning list. Anyone who has deposited money with one of these providers should stop further payments, secure documents and have their options checked.

Frequently asked questions
No, that cannot be concluded from this. The warning list is not exhaustive and is not always up to date. The reverse check is more reliable: Is the provider approved or registered with the responsible supervisory authority?
Transactions on public blockchains are generally traceable. Whether this results in a tangible claimant – such as a regulated crypto exchange that has identified the recipient – is a question of the individual case. Be sure to secure wallet addresses and transaction numbers.
